Return Policy:

1. Return is only accepted for items having in transit damages or any list of items missing should be reported within 24 hours of receipt to our customer care number.
2. Contact our customer service for return or exchange authorization.
3. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
4. Return of customized product is strictly not acceptable.

Shipping Policy:

We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Average delivery time of 7-10 days pan India is expected.
For customization of a particular product, the customer should read the concerned timing mentioned in each product description before placing order
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
